SMOKE OUT DAY! This is the only fundraising event that we are able to make happen this year and it is typically a big one. I think we are a little anxious to see the success. It is typically a community gathering at the firehouse, but this year that is just not possible. Instead we are serving meals drive-thru style.
We started with church. It is our senior pastor's last day. Brandon and I started gathering things to prepare for the event and the kids went with my parents to the pastor's retirement parade.
The Smoke Out was absolutely a success and the weather was beautiful! We had friends over after to decompress from the day.
