My Half Marathon

Sometimes friends talk you into things you never thought you would do, like running a half marathon!

We spent the night in the grain bin - modeling our shirts!

I got a special bib for my back

And I had the best little cheering section!

It was a brisk start

 We never stopped and walked, we ran the whole thing. There was only one brief pause for a bathroom break. At one point the wind was really strong and one of my Lisa's said "run behind me and I'll block the wind" What a friend! It was awesome to run on campus too - although it is fair to say I saw parts of CU I didn't know existed!

Donuts...always a good motivation for me!
