It's hard to catch Grant not moving, thus the blurry pictures! Plus we have this new wonderful cheesy smile and eye squint.

Well, this used to be a good shirt...Dad no longer rocks! |
Here's the story...We sit down to dinner the other night and I look over at Grant and see a "v" shaped hole in his shirt. I look at Brandon, like how in the world??? Then I remember that I had caught Elizabeth with a pair of scissors earlier. In fact, my good fabric cutting only scissors. I had left them on top my sewing machine, that was on the dinning room table. Someone had to have climbed up there to get them, because I do not make it a habit of leaving sharp objects laying around for the kids to grab! So we turn to our daughter..."Elizabeth was Grant playing with scissors?" She goes into a very detailed story with some stuff about her swimming and taking a shower (oh the imagination!) and then says she walked into the dining room and he did have scissors in his hand. "Elizabeth!! Why didn't you tell mommy and daddy? Playing with scissors is very dangerous and someone could get hurt!" Her response, very innocently, "Well, I was just watching him!"

Can you see the hole under the right guitar? |
Well that's nice, our little girl WATCHED our baby play with scissors! I was less upset about the shirt being ruined and more relieved that no one was hurt.
